> Contractor attending to 8 Tekapo Place worn out water shut off replacement on Tuesday evening 21 July was unable to shut off water at closest sluce well. Water main affecting all household's in Butler St had to be shut off instead while repair was completed. I realised that this slucewell shut off has been broken for some time now as contracontractors were unable to shut off water sometime back when attending to another leak in the street. I have spoken to in Tekapo Place when fixing leak have been unable to shut the water off. The non-servicable water supply slucewell located at corner of Butler St & Tekapo Place, Opawa.
