> Recent digouts x3 and pothole filling by Higgins pushed traffic onto Sumner-bound shoulder which is a marked cyclelane. Shoulder seal in both directions stripped off in places by traffic/works machinery, now unsealed, rough, loose chip and hazardous for cyclists in a 70kph speed environment. Shoulder condition much worse than prior to works. Query also quality of one digout - see alligator cracking in new asphalt. Multiple potholes growing throughout this section of Humphreys Dr. Please restore level of safety for cyclists and review works quality
