> Whenever it rains, water seeps out of the road here and runs into the section/house below it. It happens every year and has been raised as an issue but ignored. The water is definitely storm water as it happens after rain. You can see the upper side of the road is dry so this water is running out from below the road surface. You can see it visibly running after particularly heavy rains. After lesser rains it is a slower seepage.
