> On the corner of Sovereign Gardens and Country Palms Drive, there is a CCC maintained garden area. It has a prickly overgrown rose bush. This protrudes into the intersection and causes cars entering Sovereign Gardens to drive wide into the street. There have been workman tidying up the gardens within Country Palms over the last week. I asked if they could trim it but they told me to report it, as they were not allowed to trim an unallocated garden area.
