> I received this letter today which sent me into a panic attack as every week my bin passes I received a couple of amendments like lids of bottles and the neighbour put a courier bag in my recycling so I removed and put bin out. On further investigation this is not my bin and I have provided confirmation this is not my bin number. It’s not 3/16 bin either as I have checked. Could you please check before sending such correspondence as this caused unnecessary stress.
