> Child riding scooter on footpath was hit by car exiting driveway. no injuries. Car was driving forward and did not stop at footpath. Failed to see child and me(father) going in the SE direction ( towards Sumner). When i suggested we take photos to report the situation, the driver took off in a hurry.
