> Hello... This mornings bin at Scott Park is overflowing again? A big belly is really needed here as a lot of people use the toilet (&thanks for having one here????) and carpark, and rubbish can easily fly into waterways! Also the same freedom camper van here as was last week when I sent photos of this bin.
