> WHY HAS THIS NOT BEEN SORTED??? This is another complaint regarding this always overflowing rubbish bin polluting the surrounding estuary time and time again! It’s not fair the CCC haven’t sorted this issue out and needs to be addressed immediately. If this was a business letting rubbish built up and fly into the waterways, you would be on to it straight away...
