> the footpath is badly damaged by a cabbage tree that won't stop growing. you may want to advise the property owner as soon as possible about this before it gets too bad or it touches the any services in the footpath. the tree this side of the fence is half of the plant, the other one is inside. I strongly suggest the footpath repairs are supported 100% by the property owners as the damage is totally his faulty. CCC shouldn't have to pay for this.
