> For CTOC Left lane and cycle lane closure on Linwood Ave - lane closure signs gated but not the"Extreme Care Cyclists Merging" sign, which is only on the left hand side of road (even though cyclists and all motorists forced into right hand lane!). And not helped by permanent 60kph signs being left uncovered within the 30kph TSL.
