> For CTOC TTM undertaken for TreeTech work on the central median closes cycle lane and left 2 lanes, but no advance warning of merging cyclists and 30 kph TSL is well after cyclists have merged into central lane and at point where they merge into right hand lane. Also, no taper across cycle lane - just a "Keep Right" sign plonked in the middle of the cycle lane.
