> There are two buildings being built on the hill behind Hillsborough. You can see them on the horizon in the photographs just to the left of the water tank. I thought buildings were not allowed up there and would like to check that they are authorised. There have been protracted debates in the City Plan about protecting these areas from inappropriate development such as this. There is no category for this complaint so I have put it under parks but should probably go the the building inspectors or one of your enforcement people.
