> Coming out of mccormacks bay road, turning left after stop sign , this vehicle tried to turn into my lane and the yellow lines were obvious. The vehicle then proceeded to drive all over the road and into different lanes. We wondered if they were drunk or under influence as he was so erratic! The person on the right side of the car then oroceded to raise his third finger in a bird gesture! He was also speeding off down Humphrey drive
