# Roading/Streets, 150 Edgeware Road, Canterbury, New Zealand

Christchurch · filed 12 September 2020 · report 1220961

> The detector loop for eastbound traffic on Edgeware Road is broken. At approximately 1230am last night, we were waiting at the intersection for 2-3 minutes at a red light, with three cars in front and maybe 2 behind. We figured the loop would be broken and it would take a long time to time out, so the passenger ran up to the lights to push the pedestrian button to force a phase change
