> The maintenance work on Peacock St water supply was supposed to take 3 weeks. Started 27 July. Now 21 Sept. Work only happens half the time. Often nobody here days on end. We have no street parking at all so can't have visitors or deliveries. I haven't had postage for a month as my postbox is completely inaccessible and fenced off. See photo. My front gate is blocked off entirely and I feel nervous about getting out in a fire. Even the road is blocked at one end. Action please.
