> For the 3rd year in a row the person who scarified the sports fields has dumped the waste rather than removing it. I have sent photos last year and the year before both when this pile was there, and of the large dead patch of grass afterwards. As you can see in the second photo, it has never been reseeded. The third photo shows an area inside the main gate that would actually benefit from having this waste spread as mulch.
