> bike parking is provided alongside the wall at the pub but it blocks the footpath. can a wheelchair user or someone walking assisted able tk use the left over footpath to go around the bikes? particularly with having to negotiate the v channel also? if a blind person is using the building line for navigation how will they know the footpath in their line of travel is blocked without any warning? many thanks
