> Damage to Magnolia tree by driver of Red bin truck about 15 minutes ago via careless replacement of bin to berm after emptying. Careless dropping of bins is common by the drivers in this area, as is speeding. Please attend urgently to the education of drivers about this. The branch was about three years of growth!
