> Has the timing of the lights at the corner of Parker St and Main South Road changed recently? Is it possible that it's been disrupted with one of the recent aftershocks? This morning traffic was backed up from here back along Main South Road to before Halswell Junction Road (and traffic was starting to get stuck there too). However, past these lights there was very little traffic. This is very unusual for this time of the day (8:25ish). Thanks!
