> A portion of our rubbish bin was left behind. Wasn’t so worried about it (I picked it up), however as I drove down Kilmarnock St - I was aware that there were a number of bins that had been half emptied or rubbish left on the road. My parents bin in Rochdale Street was also onlyl half emptied.
