> The Pedestrian and cycle crossing at Langdon Road next to Papanui High requires controls installed. With the increase in traffic on Langdons road it is very difficult to cross at numerous times of the day especially during the afternoon with the High School students. The cycle path is also used by a number of mobility impaired people whom I have observed struggling to cross and taking risks of relying on traffic stopping when they cross. This is a accident waiting to happen.
