> it is a breach of council by-laws to park on the riverbank. Between Becford Road & St Martin's road there are currently 3 cars parked there as the owners are whitebaiting. The first car reggo in the list is actually inside King George V Reserve off Centaurus Road, having driven off road down beside the Scout Den & parked inside the Reserve. I do not have the reggo for the black van which is parked on Riverlaw car of Beckford where he has damaged recent plantings. It is really sad to see this destruction of the fragile riverbank which a group of volunteers and I work hard to maintain.
