> taxi parked across cycleway. one of the busiest cycle routes, during peak hour. driver was out of vehicle, walking about. I challenged him and he tried to make excuses why it was acceptable. I just told him it didn't matter, he shouldn't be parking across a cycleway. i informed him I'd taken a photo and would report him.
