> I am new to this neighbourhood & while on a walk with my daughter I was disgusted by 2 neighbouring properties (194 & 192) Geraldine Street that have been neglected & left as a dumping ground for the rubbish of others. Within close proximity were evidenced the wrappers of syringes. It is surely the owners obligation to keep his property tidy for the benefit of neighbouring properties & families, in order to keep it a clean & safe environment for all to live.
