> Hi All My name is David T Davis. On the then date of 11 Sunday October at about 13:23 pm the people living at the address 1/1 Wellington Street Phillipstown ie on the corner of Olliviers Rd and Wellington St were cutting off sections on a Silver Birch tree and discarding their offcuts onto the footpath (pictures attached.) I had just finished work and was watching them cutting and disposing the off cuts onto the footpath outside their place as I was walking past. The name of the occupier at the above address is N J Sardoch; File No #92505983. I rang the Christchurch City Council (CCC) and spoke to a person called Matt.
