> Ever since this house was extensively extended, and for well over a year, there has been a constant flow of water from the storm water outlet to the street from 12b. This flows all the way down the road to the drain at the corner of Hawkswood and Radbook. It would appear there must a problem with whatever is draining into their stormwater as this is constant through all seasons and even during dry weather. When you come to check, make sure you come when the weather is/has been fine. I have sent a snap send solve a long time ago and never heard anything back, and have also approached the homeowner when they were at their letterbox but they have denied it is anything to do with them.
