> Very disappointing that this has not been rectified. I would assume that the contractor would have had a spill kit to clean up immediately. Failing that, a very quick clean up should have been carried out. I would now consider this as a act of vandalism and graffiti. Very annoying as this is likely to become a cost against the rate payers.
