> I am disabled & use a mobility scooter. When crossing Clare Rd, my scooter got stuck on the access to the pavement Papanui/ Clare Rd south corner. A kind passer-by stopped his car & pushed me onto the pavement. This has happened before at this crossing. The access from road to pavement should not be too steep.
