> For CTOC Yet another sign base creating a trip hazard at a TTM site ... and absolutely useless cone placement (although at least CityCare tried). Also note how helpful the new tactile pavers are, directing sight impaired pedestrians straight at the sign base legs. So CTOC, how about actually doing your job, or are you going to continue to be useless????????
