> I live at 168 Marine Parade. We have contacted the CCC before about the state of these homes. We witness people on a daily basis going in (24/7). We are EXTREMELY concerned of the fire risk, and health and safety risks of people entering these properties. There have been vagrants living here (police removed on number of occassions) and lots of pests. We are trying to get New Brighton revitalized and how can the CCC continue to let the overseas owners away with this?? We know of at least 3 people who would purchase the properties but the owners want full price for them (as undamaged). I worry for my 3 daughters playing outside with these properties 1 door down.
