> Pipe under footpath must be blocked. Causing flooding/boggy mess across path and high levels of stagnant water in trench/culvert beside path. Path used by many to access St Martins School so hazard for pedestrians. Grass not mowed low, on going drainage issues for a number of years now needs to be sorted not temporary fix that obviously isn't working.
