> Hi All This tenant Kevin Rewa at 26 Cross Street Phillipstown Christchurch continually and persistently puts his general rubbish and waste in the Green Lid bin every week without fail. This is shear arrogance and ignorance every week. I'm surprised the Recycle truck has not picked up on this issue.
