> This is really a "pavements and footpaths" issue but SSS is only giving me a street lighting option for that choice. I cycle on this footpath westwards every Thursday. This is recycling/rubbish bin day and I have an obstacle course to navigate which is hazardous. The last two weeks have been dangerous as there are many low hanging branches from gardens as well. Avoiding bins can mean being hit by branches as a cyclist sits higher than most pedestrians. This is a shared path: I am encouraged to avoid the busy traffic. At the very least would you please deal with the branches problem? Encouraging home owners to park their bins at the kerb would be desirable, too.
