> As you can see from the photos, a thick cloth has been tarred over and left in the middle of the street. Also the new resurfacing is not complete in my opinion. A lot of tar is seeping through. The stones don't seem to be enough coverage. Tar and stones constantly stick to tyres and the bottom of shoes, getting into the car floor, messing up driveways etc. I dread to think what it's going to be like during the heat of summer, when the tar melts.
