> The owner of this house makes a habit of pulling weeds and dumping topsoils and the weeds in the stormwater drain. He usually does it before significant rain is forecast. The result is that the soil ends up in the estuary. I am sick of seeing this. We have spoken to him but he ignores us. The first photo is taken this yesterday. I think it was done friday. The other photos are a previous occasion. On that occasion he used his irrigation system to flush the soil he had put in the drain into the estuary. He did it at night to avoid people seeing him. If you need more people to vetify what is going on you can talk to the other neighbours. We have all been watching this happen for years.
