> This box drain doesn’t have a proper outlet for water to drain into the Heathcote River. Last week and again today the water has poured over the reserve and washed over the path. The water is eroding the path and washing away mulch and small seedlings. There needs to be a drain that goes under the path for the water to flow away from the box drain and into the Heathcote.
