> SSS used to easy. Location has come up with wrong location. The photos are of the esplanade sumner. Once upon a time the CCC kept CHCH tidy. The esplanade is a disgrace with weeds growing. An option might be to have less employees earning +$100,000 and employing more essential workers to keep ChC Clean and tidy
