> On behalf of Osmond Lane / Challis Place residents, please consider yellow 'no parking' paint on top 20 metres of Challis Place. The intersection of Cannon Hill Cres & Challis Pl. is on crest of a hill & vehicles cannot see each other until the last minute. Cars parked at top of Challis Place force traffic to pass them on wrong side of the road, putting them in dangerous position with traffick turning into Challis Place from Cannon Hill Cres. There have been numerous close shaves.
