> I was walking with my children thorough the park and noticed this at the back of one of the houses. It is in the park area and is dangerous to all the kids who use the park in the week and on the weekends. Is this allowable? It's a mess and the house looks like a hoarder lives there. Also, the owner of this house is building a second dwelling on the property? Does he have a resource consent to do this? I work in planning and this doesn't appear to be a legal structure and I'm struggling to see how he would have received a consent to do this. There must be sure coverage and setback issues which need Council attention. The address is 27 Forbes Street in Sydenham. Please reply to me in writing by email only.
