> Hi This piece of council land/reserve is situated between 124 & 126 Penruddock Rise, Westmorland! We are new owners at 126. It is in desperate need of a weed/tidy up etc. it’s encroaching on our property & the weeds are up to a metre high! It’s not only an eyesore but a fire danger, especially for 124 Penruddock more so!
