> There is a leak in the water main. It is pooling, running, and creating dampness downhill along the public access lane. This water main has been broken repeatedly over the past 5 years and has been fixed recently- just before Christmas. It broke most recently simply while the roller was compacting the ground after the "fix". This area is frequently used as a turn around spot for large vehicles and was used a number of times in this past week by a concrete mixer under full load. This has just been noticed today.
