> We have an overflowing drain on our property. Our understanding is that this is a council drain as surrounding properties feed into it. There was some recent work done with council staff letting us know a property behind us on Vernon Tce had been repaired and was now feeding into it. Could be coincidental but we’ve been here for years and never had problems. Anyway the stench is very bad so we cannot go outside. The raw sewage and wastewater is flowing onto our property and down into an adjoining council drain which leads to the Heathcote river. So prompt attention would be appreciated.
