> Rubbish always left on side of road outside #91. Maybe they think they are recycling - but we are sick of the mess. Recently when a couple of items that actually had some value to someone else car & trailer stopped on yellow lines at intersection of Norwood to collect items of any value - it has become a traffic hazard - they need to take to Ecodrop. I have had to repeatedly place items of no value in my red bin to remove the mess.
