> Organisers of South Island Food & wine festival have started taking off banners that were on the fences and they have left all the plastic bits on the floor . This is the third time in a raw that this happens, each time after a music festival or drinking festival. I have reported this last year also. Can you please remind their contractors to pick ip their rubbish. Many thanks
