> Corner of Richmond hill road and teviotdale way. Stormwater issue. Bubble up sump on upper hill side of corner receiving water but not transferring and bubbling up on lower side. Either broken pipe under road or crack in upper sump. Has been ongoing for past two years but getting worse. Oh come on CCC please get this fixed! Photo 1 : shows area leaking out of road berm - excess water pooling and unsafe to maintain Photo 2 : shows water leaking out of crack in road. In winter this creates a slip hazard issue and must be damaging the road surface Photo 3: upper sump. Shows water from neighbours irrigation running into sump. This is a bubble up sump connected to the lower road sump and I believe this is where the issue is Photo 4: shows lower sump not overflowing.
