> large silver birch tree overhanging my property, causing allergies, shade, leaves, roof blockage resulting in $4000 damage to kitchen and toilet flooring. has grown enormous in the 27 years I've lived here, 3/22 Exeter Street, Merivale. have phoned owner of 36A Andover Street, Josh Stevenson, 021370333 regarding this on 2 December and he said he'd look at it.
