> due to poo layout design it has resulted in the physical and visual obstructions being present. the speed hump layout poses a significant pyhsical obstruction which is not cyclist friendly and can lead to loss of life. the layout has failed to consider bin placement which poses a significant risk on a weekly basis. council has been notified of this many times post construction yet failed to act and do anything. it is gross neglience to leave the current layout in place due to the active and ongoing risks. council needs to accept responsibility and remove the layout asap
