> It is 11.57pm on monday night and outside there is machinery painting the road markings - which actually dont even need painting. It is impossible to sleep ! This should not be done when residents are trying to sleep - it should be done during the day - at a time when there will be minimal disruption. Not at night time when we as ratepayers should not have to put up with this noise pollution. Truly disgusted!
