> URGENT. Gutters on Mulgans Track Moncks Bay - Clifton urgently need clearing. Fire risk. Needs to be done top to bottom. please ensure bottom and middle section are done as usually missed. The maintenance of keeping gutters clear is not being done fortnightly as supposed to be. Currently full of dry leaves and fire risk high. please can this be done today as dry vegetation near Track and close to yesterday's fire.
