> This is Hauora (healing winds) Lane, part of Te Papa Hauora Health precinct. It is disappointing that the concept of this laneway as expressed by Otakaro Ltd & the Health Precinct advisory group is now undermined by its use as a parking space and location of a large rubbish bin. It would be appreciated if more signage clarified its use and for that awful bin to be removed.
